FEATURES:

IBC 1000 by Plastinova has been conceived and patented to fulfill a request for maximum modularity and suitability to every working implementation.
IBC 1000 is the most specific product to hold any kind of liquid substance up to 1050 lt.
IBC 1000 is suitable for food, pharmaceutical, chemical and whatever products. Other basic features of IBC 1000 are the unalterability to any chemical agents, the long life throughout the years, the perfect tighteness in case of noxious leaks, dimensions in accordance with ISO standards and the lock-shaped piling compatible with European standards.

MATERIALS:

The body skin of IBC 100, obtained from advanced extrusion and blow technologies is made of high density and molecular weight polyetylene, a material which boasts an excellent resistence to chemical products as well as to UV rays.
The frame of IBC 1000 is composed of zinc-plated steel tubes 18x18mm - square section - mesh-braided and welded in 360 points without metal injection, by means of electro-weldings checked elctronically.

RANGE and ACCESSORIES:

IBC 1000 is available both with wooden and steel pallet, in the UNO homolagated or standard type. The range is offered with two inlet openings, 150mm to 220 mm, with different kinds of outlet valves and several accessories which allow various usages.

UNO HOMOLOGATIONS:

IBC 1000 is certified in accordance with by road (ADR), by train(RID) by sea (MDG) transport regulations , therefore it is suitable for carriage of hazardous products following UNO rules.
